Michael M. Woody is President of International Marketing Advantages, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in marketing, international business, and mergers and acquisitions. He was formerly Executive VP of promoOrder, a technology service provider based in Austin, TX, and VP International Sales and Marketing for The Quill Co., Inc.
During his 23 years in the promotional products industry, he served as Chairman of the Board of the Promotional Products Association International, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Promotional Products College Education Foundation, and as president of the New England Promotional Products Association.
He was Counselor Magazine's International Person of the Year in 1999, the New England Promotional Products Association's Person of the Year in 1992, and received the Dr. William McDonnell Award for volunteer service from the Providence College Alumni Association in 1997.
Mr. Woody received his MBA from Providence College in 1983, and his Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from Providence in 1977.
He has published numerous articles on issues ranging from international marketing to total quality management. In April 2000, he testified before a subcommittee of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the lessons of NAFTA for American businesses.
Steven A. Yukel was formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Production Resource Group, an entertainment services provider based in New York, NY, and Vice President of Operations and Finance of McRand LLC, a venture capital firm. Steve has also held numerous positions at the Kellogg Company and the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo.
During his 20 years in a professional capacity, he served as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the Alumni Associations of the University of North Texas and Northern Illinois University.
He was selected as the Outstanding MBA student for both the University of North Texas and the Greater Dallas Area in 1989. Steve has also been involved in numerous volunteer organizations, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Have a Heart – Feed the Homeless, the Memphis Race Relations and Diversity Institute, and the Family Link Safe House.
Mr. Yukel received his MBA from the University of North Texas in 1989, and his Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in 1982. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
Björn Härenstam has a global track record of profitable international business development and key account management throughout the European market. A resident of Lausanne, Switzerland, Harenstam has been involved in the promotional products, corporate apparel and accessories, fashion retail, and lifestyle businesses.
He was formerly Director of Sales & Marketing and International Business Development for Switcher, a leading European environmental, sustainable and social responsibility apparel company. Other positions include Nordic Area General Manager for Lee Jeans Europe, a subsidiary of VF corporation USA, the worlds largest publicly owned apparel company; and CEO for James Harvest Sportswear, a leading branded apparel concept for the promotional industry with distribution in over 20 countries.
